Kingfisher Building Products (toll manufacturing division)

Kingfisher Building Products has manufactured paints, sealers and waterproofing systems in the UK since 1989, formulating its own range of damp-proofing, masonry protection, wood treatment and roof coating products at its factory on Cooper Lane in Ulverston, Cumbria, alongside a further office in Glasgow. The company’s quality management system is ISO 9001 certified.

Alongside its own-brand range, Kingfisher runs a toll and private label manufacturing division, offering private label, drop shipping and toll manufacturing services so other businesses can outsource production of non-core liquid chemical products rather than run their own plant. This covers everything from test-marketing runs through to full-volume production, with liquid packaging available from 500ml containers up to bulk tanker loads, aimed at customers who want to focus on their core business while Kingfisher handles manufacture, filling and packaging.
